Drag the table to orbit and pinch or scroll to zoom, so you can
pick your block from any side. Drag a block to slide it out, but only from
below the highest complete level. Then drag it onto the top (or tap a
glowing slot) to set it back down. Every block you move makes the tower taller and shakier.
